BIO
With more than 20 years in HR, Kidde has served in HR leadership capacities in HR and management consulting, biotech and pharma, healthcare, aerospace and defense, and other industries, especially at Fortune 100 organizations. Currently pursuing a D.B.A in Human Resources degree at Liberty University, she already holds a Masters in Strategic HR Management and Organizational Development (OD) and a Bachelors in Business Administration and HR, both from Strayer University and a masters certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching at University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Throughout her experience, she has gained enormous satisfaction with helping people grow and develop in their careers and enabling them to reach their full potential. Leveraging her expertise and experience, she has become a sought-after speaker, specializing in career development, coaching, performance consulting and other OD related topics.
